What is your typical turn-around time?

We usually have orders ready and out the door about 2 weeks after design/quote is approved, however, if you need your product sooner we can sometimes expedite the process on a case-by-case scenario.

What design files do I need to send?

We prefer high resolution (300 dpi) files in pdf, png, and eps. If you don't have these types of files, we can recreate or retrace the design subject to a design fee-contact us for more info.
